The dinner willl feature different Sardinian dishes, created for the occasion by Chef Paolo Monti (of Gaia Restaurant) and a wine-tasting of six Sardinian wines (three whites and three reds), introduced by the expert Wine Master Piero Cella (http://www.quartomoro.it/quartomoro/)

All Sardinian wines, cheeses, bottarga (cured fish roe), fregula pasta and typical sweets have been kindly offered by Sardinian producers and by Ciriaco Offeddu
